Terms and Conditions for Sai Sparsh Farmhouse Plots
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sai Sparsh’s website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our website or services.

2. Plot Booking & Payment
All plot bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Sai Sparsh.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payments may result in cancellation or penalties.
All transactions will be conducted in INR.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are only accepted within 7 days of booking, and an administrative fee may be charged.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 14 business days.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 7 days of booking.
4. Property Usage
All plots purchased are for private use only. Commercial use is not allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
Buyers must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding construction and usage.
Sai Sparsh is not responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized usage.
5. Liability
Sai Sparsh will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or plots.
All buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence before purchasing a plot.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

7. Changes to Terms
Sai Sparsh reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to stay updated with these changes.
